Sultry eyes and statement red lips defined the 1950s. So here are some steps to bring that look back in to your make-up routine!
1 EYE SHADOWSweep a white shimmering eye shadow across your eyelids. Add definition at the crease with a darker eye shadow in beige or brown. Use a clean make-up brush to blend at the outer and inner corner of your eye.
2 EYE LINER PENCIL
Define your eyes with a black eye liner pencil, rimming your top waterline and also dimming the roots of your leading lashes (a method known as tightlining).
3 LIQUID EYE LINER
Trace your top lash line with black liquid eye liner. Create a little wing at the outer edge; looking straight ahead makes it easier to develop a flawless flick. Then finish your eyes off with mascara. 4 POUT
To produce a starlet-worthy red pout, use a dark red lip pencil to line your lips. Finish, with a crimson coloured lipstick.
